Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to access restaurants, shops, and attractions by foot. The staff is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with several guests noting positive experiences at reception and in the restaurant. Many reviewers feel the hotel offers good value for the price. However, opinions on cleanliness are mixed, with some guests finding rooms clean while others mention issues with maintenance or cleanliness. Some negative feedback includes noise from renovations, outdated facilities, and occasional discomfort with beds or bathrooms, but overall, the positives outweigh the negatives for most guests.
