Flight was canceled at 11th hour and rescheduled to different airline . Still waiting for a refund on baggage opted with Lufthansa.

Boarding process was late Could do a pre-announcement of flight status.

The delayed flight from Montreal was horrible, I know it was air Canada operated that flight but no gate open to be able to sit ,for 4 hours to wait after 2 flights and long hours. I will never flight with 2 layover and especially trough Montreal. Airport in Munich was the only civilized. Check in in Heraklion was also very slow and disappointed.

First, when we arrived at the Jacksonville airport they told us our flight was canceled and that we need to pay over $500 more per person to put us on the other flight!!!! Scammers

Pros: "The boarding was a pleasant experience and we got to check in our hand luggage."
Cons: "The vegetarian food options were a little strange."
Cons: "Lufthansa in Frankfurt is a nightmare. Gates are very far apart and Lufthansa scheduled layovers are very short. We were running close to 2 km from one end of the airport to other with little kids barely making our flights. Boarding was on tarmac even for 747, once in rain once in 40C degrees."
Pros: "Friendly staff. Free drink and snack. Comfy seats and very easy boarding process"
Pros: "Crew"
Cons: "Problems when boarding. Some real upset customers at Valencia Airport who had too much baggage. Another proposal: Provide Fanta :-)"
Cons: "I could not purchase transport for an extra bag on the website. I did purchase it at Larnaca Airport. There, I checked in, dropped off the bag, had to go to another counter to pay (long delay in them being able to generate a receipt). Then I had to run the receipt back to the ticket counter."
Pros: "excellent crew, well manner, well dresses smart feel... they seem to know my needs before I did .. loved it"
Cons: "wider wash rooms onboard .. wider seats .. wider seat bealts also plane from FRA - BOM could use service maintinace ... it seemed like an older aircraft"
Cons: "The seat was broken, it did not recline so it was super uncomfortable. The crew was not very friendly, the boarding was late"
Pros: "The crew on the plane handled the difficulties of a passenger well."
Cons: "The repeated delays and mix up with seats which then led to an irate passenger who made ALL of us miserable. She was moved next to my daughters and took her anger out on them by yelling and demanding things most of the flight."
Pros: "Speech from the pilot. Only person to explain the situation during the 4hour delay"
Cons: "Everything. Poor customer service. Atrocious service. Would not recommend"
Pros: "Amazing crew. Friendly. Extra leg room for free. Nice company in plane"
Cons: "2 people were kicked off the plane because they were drunk and called the flight attendant FAT BOY. not only once ! i can still see the flight attendant quite distressed. It’s absolutely horrible to see these things happening more and more often. The police have arrested them and thank god we weren"
Cons: "If you EasyJet ever lands or boards on time I want to know about it. #LateJet"
Cons: "The boarding process really lets Easyjey down. It’s never clear where to queue or where to stand and so many passengers get angry about it. It becomes such a stressful thing. It’s literally the reason I chose not to fly with EasyJet where possible. Shame because everything else is good."
Cons: "They charge you for a carry on and Budapest AirPort everything is very complicate so you can not pay for the suitcase when you check in you have to go to other office and then come back were you started. At the plane they don’t give you nothing no water, nothing. They are no kind."
Cons: "I didn’t like sitting at the gate for a long time without being told what the delay was all about. Also, the announcements were very hard to hear because they weren’t loud enough. That’s something that should not happen because people rely on the information you provide."
Pros: "I absolutely loved it. The staff was very kind, the plane was comfy and we saw a lot of things. Wonderful."
Cons: "Flight left late. Hand luggage bag had to be checked in. I had to go straight to work after I Ianded so didn’t appreciate the extra 20 minutes wait at the luggage carousel. I was told the overhead lockers were full, which they weren’t."

Very very very…… uncomfortable seats /does nor reclain/ and so little space /this was 5:30 hours flight- and quite expensive no longer low cost airline/ 5:30 hours flight and no water or snacks was offered anly very expensive sales.

Cons: "Gate announcement was only a few minutes before cut off!!"
Pros: "We had an eventless and safe flight and it was not too cold on the plane."
Cons: "There was no paper towel in the toilet, the water for the tee was not warm enough to have tee. We have been told to have 10-20 min delay we arrived much later. And the intonation of the speaking stewardess was so annoying that you could not listen to it :( These are minor things but can change the customer experience."
Pros: "Extra legroom seats are a godsend (but that's applicable to any airline, not just Wizzair, although they do seem to have a few more of these than other airlines - low cost or not). Also, despite a 35 min. initial delay, we eventually landed only 15 min. later than the scheduled time."
Cons: "The boarding process at Gatwick was disastrous. There were only 2 agents, none of which spoke proper English. Also, one of them was busy checking each individual carry-on bag with unnecessary extra scrutiny, only to provide customers to the second agent, which was taking the payments for extra bags."
Cons: "The seats are cramped and you have to pay for snacks and water"
Cons: "Wiz air seems to trick you constantly to get more money out if things they hide from you.. online check-in required.. letting you in work a trolley and then charge you at the gate.. pee service overall.. beware!!"
Pros: "Flight left on time and arrived 15 mins ahead of schedule, staff was polite"
Pros: "The flight was on time, even though it left with almost 30 mins' delay (despite the fact that boarding was complete with a few minutes before the schedule take off time)."
Cons: "Seat comfort - the seats are tied with Ryanair for worst comfort (rigid and very cramped). Worst of all, though, as with Ryanair - seat allocation. Please, stop this "even though you're travelling together, you may be seated separately unless you pay to choose your seats" nonsense. It's ridiculous!"
Cons: "Not accusing the customer of not having a priority booking when they do, not having an hour long wait, and not accusing the customer of having a bag too big when it wasn’t."
Pros: "Courteous crew, polite and knowledge. Just wish they wouldn't talk so fast over the tannoy! :-)"
Cons: "To find a way to enforce people to only put their baggage in the compartments above their own seats. If i choose a front-row seat, I find that other passengers have filled the compartment despite sitting nowhere near the front. Given that you pay the most money for front-row/extra leg room seats..."
Pros: "Ryanair are thieves and they denied to board me because they said they do not accept my residence card (with which I travelled to Schengen countries before with other airlines) and their website do not mention that I cannot travel with this kind of residence card."
Cons: "If they conform European laws and treat their own employees better and stop making their own rules by distancing themselves from other airlines."
Pros: "We got there eventually"
Cons: "No updates on why we were late. Then checked us in after the time of them posted delay just to make I stand 20 minutes outside in cold enough temperatures that you can see your breath. Why bring us outside? Ryanair is horrible"
Cons: "Checking opened 20 minutes late and lengthy queues through security meantwe had no time to grab food/shopping as we had to rush to gate as no notifications that our flight was actually delayed by an hour. Everyone was herded onto buses to wait there for some reason rather than at gate"
Cons: "We are a family with a three year old and have been separated by the allocation system."
Pros: "Speedy check in at chaotic Crete airport Paying extra for priority boarding and taking carry on bags inside the cabin was worth it"
Cons: "Pay 68 euros for 5 kg excess luggage"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Once we finally got through the archaic baggage drop and security lines, we found ourselves in the tiniest terminal with essentially standing room only. Flight was then delayed by 1 hour. Once Boarding was announced we waited in line for about 30 minutes before they started letting people through only to wait another 30 minutes in a hot corridor (major fire hazard) awaiting a bus to drive us about 100 feet to our plane. It really was a circus, there were about 10 buses that kept circling around the tarmac in front of us, stopping in front of our boarding line, doors open, then inexplicably the bus would take off without anyone on board. We finally boarded a bus and were driven right in front of our plane, yet for unknown reasons we were kept on the bus in about 85 degree weather with no AC or ventilation for 20 minutes!!! There were people boarding the plane as we waited in the hotbox and there was no obvious reason as to why they wouldn't open the doors. People began slowly panicking, one woman was hyperventilating because it was so hot and the air was suffocating. Suddenly doors opened and we boarded plane with no explanation. To make matters worse the AC did not appear to be working on the flight, it was quite warm and humid on the already uncomfortable Ryanair flight with non-reclining seats or free water. NEVER AGAIN!"
Pros: "Crew was nice"
Cons: "Boarding delayed 30 minutes without a heads up. Crew allowed kid to run the aisles and listen to loud show without headphones. Had to walk to a different terminal to pick up our bags."
Pros: "Tickets were Cheap."
Cons: "The flight attendants weren’t friendly and had a bad attitude. They were not helpful at all."
Pros: "Straight forward flight"
Cons: "Having to pay for my family to sit together, this could have been offered with the automatic seating allocation, there were lots of 4 seats together . It seems that you are intentionally separated so that you pay to change."
Pros: "Your personal in plain is young, nice and I like them becouse they are smailing all time."
Cons: "You can give to pasenger one drink (coffee) like preasen!?"

The flight was delayed 5 hours and I'm and invalid,I wan a refund for this

The cabin crew on that flight were super fantastic and super helpful. They were so polite and considerate that i felt i travelled with a 5star airline.

Delayed delayed delayed - always with Wizzair. Staff were friendly and well mannered but clearly the company is unorganized and the aircrafts are outdated.

It's a budget airline. Great for short flight. Smooth landing.

4 hr delay and only told less than 2hrs before. Only given water and nuts on the flight as complimentary service. Left to wait in rain before boarding.

To be honest I did not like anything. Communication to why my flight was cancelled mid air 2 and half hours into my flight. Customer service desk were not helpful with providing information or a solution on what can be done.

I have been treated unacceptably by WizzAir aircraft crew in a previous flight, they threatened me and abused me, and I received an OFFICIAL written apology, but only two (2) months later. This flight had no such unacceptable behaviour, but it's not nice to be left waiting in the walkway (from gate to aircraft) for a long time, just so that the 'boarding' appears to be early, even if actual departure is not.

What I liked new airplane Sitting was extremely uncomfortable! Crew not smiley at all Always chewing gum

The flight was cancelled just 4 hours before the take off...

No food on board. Not comfortable. Had to move seats was delayed more than 3 hours.
