Pros (+) Lobby was gorgeous and bar in back was awesome but the room facilities are super rundown and there is not enough parking on the sides
Cons (-) Room buildings need to be updated. They’re peeling and grimy looking and the low hallways with hanging lights just looks creepy

Pros (+) The pillows and the beds were very comfortable. The closeness to the beach was great. All staff were very friendly. You can tell there is plenty of effort to increase the hotel’s prestige and synergy. But, it’s not there yet.
Cons (-) There was a used towel hanging up in the bathroom and a used bar of soap in the shower when we first arrived. But, I’ve done mission trips in Nicaragua, so we just ignored it. It seemed like a staff memeber had snuck in to take a shower after the room was cleaned and forgot to clean up after themselves. Cons (-) Our stay here lasted about 9 hours. Our room was dull and outdated. The bed linens were damp to the touch and smelled strange. The room had an odor of something between a wet dog and a damp basement. We were on the first floor and it was extremely loud. Cons (-) Dirty room, told woman at check out that first room they placed us in the mattress had a very very strong odor of vomit and somebody should check it out. Her response was " do you want to put the pet deposit on the same card the room was booked on" No appology or sense of caring at all.
