The personal was really nice and always accommodating.
That you have to give your key back when you leave, and there's not much choice for breakfast. Also the wall are thin and I could hear everything that was happening in the lobby.

The reception ladies are very hospitable and helpful. They helped me book a taxi to airport, which was a great experience despite the language barrier. I would definitely recommend the hotel :)

The staff is very kind and helpful. Staff is the best element of this accomodation. The location on Vasiliewska Island is perfect, very close to metro station. The room and bathroom were clean. The entrance is secure because of cameras. Shops, restaurants close to the hotel. Wi-fi worked very well.
The entrance to the hotel is not well marked, its from the backyard. The view from my window (with bars) was terrible. The bed was not very comfortable (its rather subjective). The breakfast is very bad. Its simply coffee (from express) plus 7-days croissant. For price 40 EUR place is OK. For more than 50 EUR its slightly too expensive.
