Pros (+) The hotel was great except for an incident with the pool and a front desk staff member. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and pleasant as were the breakfast staff. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons (-) The front desk clerks were awful. When we checked in we asked for a handicapped room to better accommodate our daughter in her wheelchair and other specialized equipment. The front desk switched languages to talk to each other and didn't even care if we understood them or not. In our case we did.
