Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, close to key attractions and public transport. The staff receives frequent praise for their friendliness and helpfulness, making guests feel welcome. However, several reviews mention that the rooms and bathrooms are old and in need of maintenance, with some concerns about cleanliness, particularly regarding towels and bedding. Breakfast is generally considered adequate but could be improved. Overall, guests appreciate the value for money and the warm service, but note that the facilities could benefit from updates and better upkeep.
