Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, helpful and friendly staff, and enjoyable breakfast options. Many reviews highlighted the convenience of being close to attractions and services. However, several guests expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and facilities, mentioning issues such as dirty carpets, unpleasant odors, and outdated decor. Overall, the positives centered on location, service, and breakfast, but cleanliness was a recurring concern.
