Pros (+) Location, friendly staff, easy check in.
Cons (-) Hard floors very dirty- didn't want to walk barefoot. Beds SO uncomfortable. Elevator and hallways smelly. VERY shady looking clientele- people who were clearly on drugs or homeless. One of the doors to the building didn't lock so anyone could walk in. Buildings located on property in such s way that people could easily hide. Did NOT feel safe walking around alone or at night. Cons (-) Smelt like bleach. Window wouldn't open to air it out. Told the staff but they never came by. Check-in was at 3 but rooms werent clean until 4.

Pros (+) Very Clean and freshly painted Well lit Security guard walks around checking up on the property Cable TV
Cons (-) It is the basic or bare minimum eg. Soap for hand washing but no shampoo or conditioner. Vinyl flooring not carpet makes for more noises above you I thought there was a Zumba class at 8am above me every morning lol Water turned cold after 5 minutes so shower fast!! No closet or dresser for clothes

Pros (+) It was conveniently located.
Cons (-) Room was smoked in. Prostituion bust as I was pulling in. Lots of people hand cuffed outside. Security guards posted in the parking lot harassed everyone coming in and demanded to know names, how many people, and which room they were going into. All my clothes now smell like smoke.
