The staff was amazing and super friendly, from the moment we arrived. The gal the met us at the front desk was very informative and walked is up to our suite, she really made our anniversary stay memorable from the very beginning. When arriving after our walk through old town we had a need for ice and without even asking one of the hotel staff came up and accommodated us and took our drinks and set them on ice in a bucket. Definitely will be coming back to stay again.
A step back in time
I Booked this for my boyfriend and I to stay and attend the Chargers/Raiders game and not have to worry about the traffic. I did it the day of and didn't really look into the hotel much bc it was just easy and right next to the trolley line. To my surprise there wasnt a TV or a phone ..... I didn't even miss it and just enjoyed not having it but I did tend to use my phone to play music. But it was so relaxing and well worth not having those items in the room. The staff was more the amazing and the ghosts in room 9 were definitely making themselves known which made it even more interesting. It was nice to roam around Old Town over the weekend but was bummed that it closed down so early. I've stayed all over in all kinds of hotels and by far this one stands out in my experience and it's nice for family and for couples to go and have a stay-cation to recharge battery's
I personally loved the bed you just sunk right into it but unfortunately my boyfriend is very tall so it was kind of a tight squeeze for him. I Personally liked the tight squeeze haha but as far as making it comfortable for someone his size a much larger bed would of been nice. Also I wish the bar in the restaurant would stay open later as a place for hotel guests to hang out once Old Town closes down.
