Great hotel in the heart of Gaslamp, friendly staffs, comfortable bed. It does get loud at night, in the middle of gaslamp. But overall we had a pleasant stay.

Many found the beds comfortable and appreciated the overall cleanliness of the property. The staff was frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, contributing to a positive experience. While some mentioned small or dark rooms and occasional noise at night, the overall sentiment was positive, with the hotel's value and convenience standing out. Pros (+) Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) I do not like European comforter. It made me hot and clammy.
Pros (+) European duvets, decor, cleanliness, cute items for sale, and casual feel
Pros (+) The price was great.
Cons (-) Everything was excellent
Pros (+) Upon arrival, the valet was helpful and accommodating. The building is clean and appealing and the staff are all helpful, friendly & knowledgeable! Had a great 2-night stay.
Cons (-) The street noise is nearly unbearable. Perhaps if they upgrade the windows it may cut down on the noise a tad.
Pros (+) Love the dog-friendliness! And so did our pug! Very quiet in spite of being downtown. Very comfortable bed - my husband who doesn’t sleep well when we’re not home said it was the best hotel sleep he’s ever had! With a new baby it’s hard for us to get going in the morning, so it was nice to have the continental breakfast - and the muffins were delicious! Also, it was really cool that there were bik...
Cons (-) Only thing I wished we had was a bath tub! We don’t have a tub at home, so I was hoping to take a bath during our stay. We were in a regular room, so I’m not sure if a suite or one of the nicer rooms might have a tub.

Pros (+) Wonderful Room, Great Staff and customer service is excellent.
Cons (-) Only way to park is to pay 45$ A night to valet or risk getting towed on street parking and no attached restaurant so there is no room service.
Pros (+) Convenient location. Clean rooms in very good condition. Friendly staff. I would definitely return to this property. Fair pricing.
Cons (-) No significant deficits were noted.
Pros (+) We stayed here in the Gaslamp Quarter for one night because my boyfriend and I had a global entry interview in SD and decided to make a night of it. Upon check in the woman at the counter was very bubbly and helpful! She offered up cupcakes and coffee which they serve in their lobby daily. They also have a cute little coffee place in the corner. Everything is really colorful and bright with touche...
Cons (-) Not the best view of the city and the price jumped from $140/night to $299 the next night. Prices fluctuate so no big deal. We just wanted to extend our stay and weren’t able to justify they extra $$.

Pros (+) I liked the theme of the hotel. The hotel is located in the gaslamp district which was excellent. The bed was really comfortable and they even give you individual comforters which I loved.
Cons (-) I didn't like the location of our room we were on the fridt floor next the the elevators and every person that was leaving the hotel with their luggage had to go by our room.
