Hotel was a great location but the big disappointment was they have huge hidden fees that are not optional. They add on a Wi-Fi and facility charge of 40 dollars a day that should be on the room price advertised. They wait until you are checking in to hit you with 40 dollars for facilities, 40 dollars for parking. I liked the hotel and location, but once you figure in the “extras”, you could stay ...

Pros (+) It's location is perfect. Walking distance to pretty much everything you would want to do downtown; gaslamp, marina, horton plaza, etc. Room was perfect for me and my girlfriend. Staff was very accomodating.
