Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing local attractions. The unique historic atmosphere and vintage charm were also appreciated by many. However, several guests were dissatisfied with the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, as well as the small room sizes and cramped bathrooms. Service experiences were mixed, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others noted issues with communication and responsiveness. Overall, the hotel stands out for its location and character, but could improve on cleanliness and room comfort.AI-generated from customer reviews
