Pros (+) I’ve stayed here before. Location is the only good thing going for this hotel.
Cons (-) Walked into my room to find a large puddle of dirty water by the toilet. Ended up having to throw away my socks. Front desk was useless. Had to wait a while for their “engineer” to come check it out. Overall, poor customer service. I wanted to be moved to a new room. If the maid couldn’t clean up a puddle of dirty water, what else did they decide to not clean. Never staying here again.

Cons (-) Staff did not give any information about hotel, amenities, coffee in lobby, tiered deck on higher floors, location of spa, etc. just handed us keys and pointed to elevator. A little more info up front would have been helpful.
