A beautiful and fascinating building very different from the blandness of most city hotels but rather out of the way.
Great staff, great breakfast.
The breakfast was fantastic! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The house has got a great atmosphere with old antique furniture. And the location is great.
very cool place, staff was very friendly, great breakfast, great value.
parking is tight
It's a small, clean, charming hotel with a friendly staff. Breakfast is nice with fresh fruits, yogurt and choice cereals. They opened cafe earlier for us than the set time because of early departure, which we appreciated.
We weren't advised of the check-out process. Since we had to depart early, no one was there to take the key. It gave us a bit insecure feeling of leaving it at the front door unattended.
The staff was very pleasant and helpful, both at the desk and in the breakfast room.
Good breakfast which was worth the extra $10 per person. Close to restaurants and convenience store.
The mattress was uncomfortable and the walls were extremely thin.
Fantastic personal service of the staff. Very friendly and helful. Went the xtra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Lovely breakfast provided and complementary afternoon tea. Close to shopping, restaurants
The hotel is very charming, conveniently located, with great street parking.
The walls are a little thin and the bathroom in our room was slightly strange (no stand-up shower, just a removable shower head over a square bathtub in the room).
