Our room was on the first floor. The ceiling needed better insulation. We could hear every step the guests in the upper floor take. Definately not good for sleeping

Pros (+) The room cleanliness and decor.
Cons (-) Customer service-I had requested a 1 bed and they initially gave me a double. So we had to go change rooms. Then at 6am there's was a fire drill so everyone had to evacuate but the issue is that the staff never offered an apology.
