Pros (+) The hotel was clean and convenient to getting around the city, especially the piers and fidi, which is why we chose it. The neighborhood is very touristy, which means the restaurants aren't great, nor is the shopping, but it's close to some tourist attractions if that's the purpose of your visit. The outdoor pool and spa were an added bonus! The hotel also offered laundry machines on each floor wh...

Pros (+) I was here on business. I was very pleased with my room and the staff. My room was really clean and the workout room had many treadmills. The only thing negative comments would be minor so I won't even mention them. Thank you Hyatt !!
