Pros: Very clean and well maintained property in quiet neighborhood of San Lorenzo. Staff is consistently very professional, cheerful, and helpful. Beds very comfy with good pillows. Common spaces and grounds pleasure to see. Breakfast has ample options with fresh hot coffee and hot milk. We would return here if visiting Salta province.
Cons: Pool water temp would benefit from solar heating system and maintain >85°F.

Pros: Great location, a lot better than salta, in a charming forest. the upgraded rooms are very nice, great breakfast, nice staff, they were kind enough to help us fix a mistake we made while booking. amazing swimming pool and chill areas, value for money, would recommend 100%

Pros: If you are a birder, I can’t recommend Montana Selva enough. The gardens below and sprawling balcony breakfast terrace leave you at canopy level and give an opportunity to see many, many San Lorenzo yungas birds. I saw as many birds at the hotel during breakfast as I did on a 2 1/2 hour walk up the Quebrada de San Lorenzo. Rooms are super clean and comfortable and the staff is spectacular!! I can’t believe how reasonable the prices are. We were reluctant to leave.

Pros: The hotel was very nice and the room was clean. Breakfast was really good. The hotel is inside a cloud forest nearby a river and it is very quiet and relaxing. It is outside Salta but in San Lorenzo there are several restaurants and shops. It is definitely recommended if you like a nice hotel in beautiful quiet area around Salta.

Cons: Many small problems leading to a mixed opinion. The breakfast was very limited.

Cons: We had requested a twin bedded room when we booked but were shown to a room with only one bed. We were then taken to a room with twin beds. We were not given dry towels each day.
