Pros (+) Private, efficient; nice, large working desk. Housekeeping staff and bartender were nice and friendly. Good value overall.
Cons (-) "Fee airport pick-up" does not operate 24-hours, so I was disappointed the service did not start early enough to take a 6:30am flight. Front desk staff a bit cold / robotic. Location is a bit far from any public transit...so check the hours of their free shuttle, or you will have to depend on taking a taxi/ride-share to get to/from outside their shuttle hours.

Pros (+) We had a very pleasant stay at the plaza suites , rooms were clean , staff was friendly . Had no complaints.

Pros (+) Loved how nice the staff was from the initial entrance of the hotel. The room was lovely and very clean.
Cons (-) Bathtub not very big for the suite. But that's out of their control.

Pros (+) The free breakfast is great every time we stay here. The rooms are big, location is perfect, and the bartenders make good drinks.
Cons (-) The bar closed too early for us. We went back around 10 pm after the Sharks game and it was already all closed up on a Saturday night.

Pros (+) Good breakfast and the room was nice for a short stay. The lobby and common areas were very nice. Front desk staff was very nice, fast, and efficient.
Cons (-) Room was rough around the edges. Traffic sounds from the highway were very loud in the room. The bathroom needed some repairs - the shower was nearly impossible to turn on the valve was so stiff. Bar staff was slow and rude.

Pros (+) I liked the drink coupon. The service was great . Our room was very nice and clean.
Cons (-) There was too many kids around . The pool was kinda of tiny and dirty. I saw dead fly and a bandaid so I didn't get in the pool.
