Pros: Staff was very friendly and available.
Cons: Under construction which was not disclosed beforehand. Pool was dirty (had leaves and an outdoor chair in it). Rooms have very thin walls. There was no parking.

Pros: Nice friendly staff, clean hotel. Great value compared with other hotels nearby. Breakfast was more than adequate, coffee, tea, orange juice, milk, cold cereal, instant oatmeal, fresh fruit, toast, eggo waffles, yogurt, and pastries! Pool and spa were very nice. Fridge and microwave in room. Bed was a little too firm for me but my husband loved it. Only complaint was the toilet seat was painted over, by hand, not really a high price item to replace, lol. Would stay here again.

Pros: The attendant at the front desk was very nice
Cons: The cleanliness of the hotel is horrible. There were hairs in the tub and hairs in the towels. They had cleaned the room with an old mop that hadn't been rinsed which left the room smelling awful. I came back to the hotel late and with only a one night stay and an early departure, it wasn't worth moving rooms. There are some sketchy elements around the place, homeless walking out of the hills behind the place in the morning, a bit of loitering in the parking lot. While it is a Super 8 and provides a room with a roof, it also seems to be a last refuge for those who have been run out of the valley. It did what it needed to but I won't stay here again.

Cons: The parking lot was not good. People taking up 3 parking spots so you can't find a place to park.

Pros: There were cocaroaches in my room staff unprofessional will never stay there again when advised there were roaches in the room we were staying they said ok didn't offer a new room or anything

Pros: I was pleasantly surprised to see how big the rooms were. Everything was clean. Great location .
Cons: The staff was so unfriendly. I went down to the lobby to ask for an extra towel and got asked "why?" Very rudely and then was told it was my fault for having the "do not disturb" sign on the door.... Sorry that I don't like having people come in my room when I have tons of stuff in there? Very rude staff.

Cons: Not too keen about the location. I was searching for a place to stay at Valencia right off of Hwy 5 and didn't know why they directed me to Santa Clarita. Hotel is right off a busy/noisy highway.

Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. The mini fridge and microwave were clean and new. The bathroom was updated. The bed and pillows were very comfy, the wifi worked well, and the TV was nice. For the price and location, we were extremely satisfied with our stay.
