Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, beautiful property, and some standout amenities like the FIG restaurant and pool. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, including unresponsive or unfriendly staff, slow responses to guest concerns, and problems at check-in. Cleanliness and room maintenance were also noted as areas needing improvement, with several guests mentioning worn or dated rooms and bathroom issues. Value for price was a recurring concern, with guests feeling the hotel was overpriced for the quality and experience received. The pool received mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others finding it small or poorly maintained. Overall, while the location and some facilities were appreciated, service, cleanliness, and value were common points of dissatisfaction.

Wonderful
Dylon, Oct 2019
Pros (+) Amazing location, stunning views, beautiful hotel, and really friendly staff!
Cons (-) For the price, I was hoping for a slightly more luxurious room with a more unique touch but the location and the rest of the hotel made up for it!

Pros (+) Service was excellent and the free exhale class each day and pool area make this my new go-to to relax in LA. Little touches like the house car make it really easy to enjoy the neighborhood and the great restaurants (many of which are walking distance, too).
3.7
Poor
Anonymous, Dec 2016
Cons (-) Smoke in the room from the vent. Pillows feels like straw filling. Bedding ok. It is not a Fairmont standard.
