Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access tourist attractions and public transportation. The staff received positive comments for being attentive, polite, and helpful, contributing to a pleasant stay for many guests. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, particularly in rooms and corridors, and noted that the breakfast was limited in variety and quality. The elevators were also a common concern, with guests reporting maintenance issues and slow service. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, improvements in cleanliness, breakfast, and elevator maintenance are needed.
