Guests say
Guests frequently mention the hotel's convenient location as a positive aspect. However, there are widespread complaints about cleanliness, with many describing rooms, bathrooms, and common areas as dirty or poorly maintained. Noise levels, especially at night, are a recurring issue, and service receives mixed feedback, with some praising staff friendliness while others report unhelpful or unfriendly interactions. Overall, while the location is appreciated, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, maintenance, and noise control.
