6.3 Good
Pros: The dinner was very good, the room was very clean and comfortable. Good parking, ideal location for Henley
Cons: I was very disappointed that I was told breakfast was served from 7am, I asked if I needed to reserve a table for an early breakfast. I was assured that I could just wonder in from 7. When I went down for breakfast at 7:20 I was met by a cleaner who told me that nobody would be there until 8am. It was hugely inconvenient, I had an early start and hand was going to spend the whole day walking in the countryside. If I had known or been informed I would have made other arrangements. Not happy.

We had breakfast included in the price which was excellent, they looked after us very well. We will definitely be back to stay again when the weather is nicer!

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The grounds are beautiful even in January. My room was perfect with beautiful views over the gardens and towards the Thames The staff were mostly very good but Charlotte on reception was exceptional as was the young man who served dinner and the gentleman who looked after the restaurant for breakfast. The spa facilities and spa staff were excellent. So helpful. I will definitely try and stay longer next time!
Cons: Nothing really.
6.0 Good
Pros: Stayed here many times but wouldn’t stay at the weekend again, during the week you get breakfast to order but weekend is hot buffet and I couldn’t eat it .
Cons: Spa far too busy, no where to sit
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful grounds but they need to grit or salt the grounds when there is frost overnight. Very traditional English house with high ceilings and well maintained property. I stayed for business but I can see how it would be a nice short break for a couple. They don't seem very family friendly and don't allow kids under 5 on the property.
Cons: Slippery ramp and steps after frost in the morning. I slipped down the ramp leaving the main entrance and fell due to frosty steps and ramp.

Pros: Great location, brilliant room with lots of designer features. Strange combination of bath in the room (which seems to becoming the norm now) & loo and hand basin far apart on opposite sides
Cons: The breakfast left a lot to be desired - the eggs were burnt even though it was made to order. It generally tasted poor.

Pros: The bedroom was upgraded for no extra charge lovely large room lovely stay would definitely recommend and stay again
8.8 Excellent
Pros: This property is situated very close to Henley. The member of staff looking after us was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good choice. Golf clubhouse (which appeared to be closed in the evening) was cosy, although we didn’t use it. B&B rate was excellent.
Cons: We were woken several times throughout the night by a door banging shut. I assumed some guests were late arriving back but on reflection think it was caused by inconsiderate guests situated in the room(s) with a separate bathroom.
6.0 Good
Pros: Great location, quiet yet Henley centre was just a couple of mins down the road. Bedroom block and room decor tired. However, breakfast was wonderfully fresh and the room where we ate, modern, plush and newly refurbished. A B&B rather than hotel, but lovely on a golf course.
Cons: Bedroom block was tired and could do with an update. Clean and quiet though.
