Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciated the hotel's central location and proximity to the city center, train station, and parking. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing unhelpful or absent staff and poor communication. Cleanliness was also a concern in several rooms and bathrooms. The lack of breakfast options and issues with breakfast service were frequently mentioned as negatives. Overall, while the location and value were positives, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and breakfast availability.
