Pros (+) Great room
Cons (-) We informed the front desk that we would be early checking in. We called ahead by 4 hours to give them time to make sure our room was clean. It did not benefit to do this. No effort was made to accommodate the request.
Cons (-) I have always stayed here in the past because the amount they charged was reasonable for what you got, around 130 -150 a night. However the past time I tried to book it was closer to 250 a night and not during summertime or holiday weekend. This is not a 250$ a night hotel.
Cons (-) Accessible room could not have been further away from the elecator plus far too few handicap parking spaces. Room was poorly equiped with only one poor office chair. Poor quality for this name and price
Pros (+) Clean comfortable room, an easy 15 minute drive to downtown Savannah.
Cons (-) Construction on a new hotel next door made the hotel hard to access.
Pros (+) Went to ask about check in at 9AM and I was able to check in right then. The entire staff made sure I was taken care of.
Pros (+) Made our reservations months ahead of stay and our room was not available when we got there. Our didn't get cleaned till we went to the front desk at 6:00 p.m. and then got charged for internet that we didn't use...
