Location was excellent. Front desk and valet staff were very nice, professional and efficient.
Hallways had musty smell from carpets. No refrigerator in rooms. Lots of street and traffic noises heard in the rooms. Many employees using their personal cell phones while working.

The room was large and decorated nicely. The location is great, the valet and bell staff very nice. Breakfast was good, but only because we had a voucher for it.
I will never stay at a Hotel Indigo again! First, we got there around 3 and was told we couldn't check in till 4 pm so we put our luggage in our friend's room and went walking in Savannah and came back at 5:30. Our room was still not ready! I think the girl checking us in went to clean it herself. While we were waiting we asked to see the manager. The manager told us we could talk to the head of housekeeping! They decided to give us breakfast vouchers for 4. Very lame and really just brushed us off. All I wanted in my 24 hour getaway with my husband was to take a nap! Never got it! Our room's wall and ceiling must have been made of paper. I heard everything the neighbors were doing, every car that drove by my window and every step the people above me took. Let's talk about the charges, my husband gets a notification that we were charged $318 for our $209 room. The girl at the desk tells us that the rest is taxes! So we told her that isn't possible so I asked someone else to look it up. It had a $75 incidental charge that was refundable at checkout! Ridiculous! Then we got another notification that we were charged another $200. Hopefully, the bill delivered to the room was the real charge.

The room was very very small, the bathroom was very small. The bathroom sink was outside the bathroom. There was a $34.00 parking fee daily. Ridiculous. Never stay there again. There was never any coffee available downstairs.
The room, bathroom and the parking fees.

Location, and friendly check in.
Treated rudely at check out and charged for parking, even at check in they said it was in package.

Breakfast OK but pricey. Ate dinner once but not a fan. A little noisy but we enjoyed our stay.
Noise level. Price for restaurant- it was good but $28 for fried chicken!? Really?
