First off, staff we met were amazing: Ken & Destiny at the front desk. When we got to our room initially we were facing the highway. After an hour I went down to the front desk and asked to change rooms because it was so loud. They moved us to the back where we were facing the harbor. Good: Location is good. Bad: hotel and room quite run down. One of the mattresses in the room was so old and with lack of support that I had to request for the hotel to change it after the first night. Towels were old. The corridors of the hotel were dirty and smell of cigarettes smoke.

Cons (-) Construction going on right outside our room was extremely disruptive, bed could have been a little more comfortable, weak water pressure in shower.

Pros (+) I found the location great. It was well within walking distance to many tourist attractions. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices. Rooms were clean.
Cons (-) It was very loud as my room faced Bay street. However I asked tge front desk staff if I could be moved and they accommodated my request the next night.
