Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, making it easy to access public transport, restaurants, and attractions. Many found the staff helpful and accommodating, especially when resolving issues or providing assistance. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with frequent complaints about dirty rooms, mold, dust, and poor bathroom conditions. Some guests also noted that the rooms were small or cramped, and a few found the beds uncomfortable. Overall, while the location and service were strong positives, cleanliness and room size need significant improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
