Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its excellent central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and access to public transport. The staff is often described as friendly and helpful, with some positive experiences regarding early check-in and luggage assistance. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and bathrooms. Room sizes are frequently mentioned as very small and cramped. Amenities are basic, with several complaints about non-functioning TVs, lack of WiFi, and missing toiletries. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service are appreciated, there are notable concerns about cleanliness, room size, and amenities.

Pros (+) The location it's really good. Very close to the train and several shopping malls.
Cons (-) The room was too small, the towels looked old and worn out, the bed sheets had stains on them. This was a difficult experience, I switched hotels after the first night.
