Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access public transportation and explore the city. The staff and service receive high marks for friendliness, helpfulness, and accommodating special requests, such as early check-in and luggage storage. Cleanliness is also noted positively in several reviews. However, many guests are disappointed by the very small room size, which is a common complaint, and some mention that the value for the price is just average.
