Overall. 4 stars. My room was somewhat in need of minor wall repairs, etc. However, the new owners (Indian) are busy fixing and painting walls and making improvements. The free breakfast was ok, but could be improved. All this minor stuff was overshadowed by the owner going above and beyond by helping me with some adhesive to fix my broken shoe right before a funeral I had to attend. Great staff, ...

Pros (+) It was just fine for an overnight stay, on the way to and from SD from WI. The reviews had me scared but it was worth the risk. It might of not been the Hilton but it was affordable and clean.
