DisappointingPros:The car was clean and once we had sorted out the upgrade pick up was straight forward.Cons:We were told that the car we had booked wasn't suitable for driving in Madeira. We paid to upgrade but felt we had been duped. We also were told that it was better to pay for fuel upfront rather than return the car with a full tank as it was difficult to find fuel nearby. There is a petrol station just by the airport. We only used half a tank!Reviewed 1 Jul 2017
