Pros:Nothing is acceptable. Kayak, Priceline and Sixt are employing duplicitous booking practices for car rental in France with hidden cancellation fees. Highway robbery of US$100 to cancel car rental with plenty of notice. This fee was hidden when I booked. Otherwise I never would have reserved in advance.Cons:Cancellation fees are hidden. It is like stealing US $100 from me. Completely unacceptable. Shady marketing practices. Is it legal??Reviewed 8 Jul 2021

Pros:The staff was rude and their English is very poor.Cons:We reserved a van that was an automatic transmission. We went to pick it up and after a long delay trying to find someone to service us all they had was a stick shift van. Thankfully my daughters are fluent in Spanish because I felt like we were being taken advantage of. They wanted me to sign an accident report before he even drove off the parking lot. It was a long and tiresome process and in the end we had to hire a driver to drive our van every day for the week. I would never ever rent from them again. I put a request in online to be contacted from the company and I never was. The van was all scratched up and dented when we picked it up and my husband made sure to photograph everything and have them sign off on the damages.Reviewed 8 Jul 2021

Pros:The car was clean and comfortable and in good condition.Cons:Pick up in Orlando was TERRIBLE. There was 1 person working the front desk and the line was outrageous. I was traveling with 2 small children (as are many people who are going to Orlando) and was in line for 1.5 hours to pick up a car I already paid for! The front desk person showed zero urgency and took forever with each customer - I'm not sure what he was telling people but everyone looked surprised, unsure and confused. Finally, the guy who was working in the garage (Luis) came to help at the desk (after over an hour) and he seemed to move things along a bit. Once I got to the front of the line (I got the first guy) it was clear he tried to upsale/trick you into upgrading your car, getting the most expensive insurance, etc. It was horrible.Reviewed 7 Jul 2021

Pros:Staff was friendly and helpful.Cons:Information on pick up and drop off was not clear upon booking. Addresses were not consistent on paperwork. Poor signage at West Palm Beach Airport for return as the location is not highly visible and is located in an off the main reinstalls car street. The branch is located in a strip mall type of area. And the drop off location address was different from and not accurate from my initial online booking information as compared to the pick up documents. Disappointed in condition and operating performance of the vehicle for the make, model and mileage.Reviewed 7 Jul 2021

Cons:They would not rent me a car due to an expired license. We had rented one from Hertz in May with expired licenses. I showed up after my flight expecting a car rental and was stranded when they wouldn’t rent me a car.Reviewed 7 Jul 2021

Pros:Drop off was very easy.Cons:We were told that the car we had booked (a Camry or similar) and paid for was not available, that we had booked through Priceline instead of directly, that Priceline doesn’t check inventory, so we would have to pay more for a different car (an SUV). It felt like a classic bait-and-switch, but we could do nothing as we were travelling for a family emergency and didn’t have time (nor energy) to waste arguing. I even noticed the car we had originally booked (a Camry) in their garage when we exited. Also, there was a bottle of nearly finished fruit juice in the car; so definitely low marks for cleaning between rentals.Reviewed 5 Jul 2021
