All was great until I reviewed my credit card statement. Charged twice in different amounts for the rental between two offices. Germany & Croatia. Tried to contact SIXT and it wasn't clear who to call. Disputed the charge through credit card holder. Waiting for their results.Reviewed 23 Jun 2022

Pros:Could not cancel the trip when the wrong date was booked. Was forced to pay $125 for a one day rental as they would not honor the original rate. Saw many others at this location getting scammed by the front desk. I will never go to Sixt again. I ended up wasting over $250. Horrible experienceCons:Clearly define cancelation policies. Allow for immediate cancelation or within 2 hours of dates were incorrect. Sixt was not friendly and clearly trying to get money out of every customerReviewed 23 Apr 2019

Shouldn't have to sign contract in another language.Pros:Nice, clean car.Cons:They tried to sell us additional (expensive) insurance and insisted I sign a contract in Croatian (which I do not speak). I had to ask for a contract in English.Reviewed 6 Jun 2018
