Pros (+) The shuttle was fantastic! Staff was very willing to help! Never made it to breakfast and soup for lunch but nice to have available. Traveling with special needs granddaughter and everyone was most helpful in accommodating her needs. Parking was very useful. Jose Feliciano was most helpful on our arrival getting our gear unloaded.
Cons (-) A few more utensils in the kitchen would have been helpful. Made a spaghetti dinner for 11 without anything that worked to serve it easily - spaghetti server would have helped. No spatula either. But at the end of the st these are minor issues!
