Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to reach attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Many appreciated the breakfast, especially the buffet and made-to-order eggs, though a few noted it could be improved. The service and staff were frequently described as friendly and attentive. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms were also highlighted as positives. However, some guests mentioned the hotel is old and in need of renovation, with issues like noise, outdated air conditioning, and occasional problems with cleanliness or amenities.
