Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, making it easy to access Solvang and nearby attractions. Many also appreciated the spacious rooms and amenities such as the pool and jacuzzi. However, cleanliness was a significant concern for numerous guests, with repeated mentions of dirty rooms, outdated facilities, and maintenance issues. Despite these drawbacks, positive comments were made about the friendly staff and overall value, especially for short stays.AI-generated from customer reviews

Quiet and exceptionally comfortable
Pros (+) No breakfast or really any communication with any sort of staff. Outside isn’t too pretty, but the rooms are amazing. Very up to date and clean. The beds are comfortable, the tub is jetted. Loved the balcony as well as how new the rooms were. It is one of those places where you can’t judge a book by its cover. We will definitely be staying here again. We checked in late and the key was left for us...
Cons (-) Fresh coat of paint on outside, pool cleaned better.

Pros (+) Good location.
Cons (-) The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The chair that was at the small desk was ripped up. There was mold in the shower and the water doesn’t get hot enough in the shower. I expected better for the price.
Pros (+) I liked the decor and cleanliness. The rooms were generous in size, and the 2nd floor has vaulted ceilings along with balconies. The bathroom was beautifully remodeled as well as very clean and had a jetted tub. I'm not sure if all the rooms have the jetted tub, but I loved having it. I didn't need to go visit the jacuzzi tub in the courtyard. I also loved that it had a refrigerator and a microwav...
Cons (-) I would not have liked the 1st floor rooms, as the sliding doors all faced the pool courtyard area which was caged in. I didn't like that my upstairs balcony was open to my neighbors balcony, however, with the downstairs rooms the sliding doors are visible/accessible to everyone walking by, so mine wasn't too bad. I also didn't care for the caged in pool which was caged separetaly from the jacuzzi...

Pros (+) Location is close to downtown. Decent breakfast. Hot shower and comfortable bed. Microwave, refrigerator and coffee make was very useful.
Cons (-) Every once in a while the TV volume would mute by itself.
