Pros (+) Linen didn’t feel or smell clean
Cons (-) Friendlier service and fresh linen not fell sticky when in bed
Pros (+) Perfect for needing a night stay to catch a morning flight. Serves a functional purpose. Overall liked and would use again
Cons (-) I did not like that they charge 4.50 each for shuttle service. Our cab driver said don’t let them charge you it’s free. When we checked in they asked if we would like a shuttle service and we said yes and they asked for payment. We complied. Pros (+) The hotel is 5 minutes from the Malpensa airport. The neighborhood itself is a bit run down and older, but nothing to be worried about. There is an excellent restaurant that is a 7 minute walk from the hotel.
Cons (-) The AC in the room did not work very well.
Pros (+) Excellent service, clean and modern. Good breakfast.
Cons (-) Shuttle service to Airport is not where others are. It is 4€ and leaves from door 4 bus stop 4. No restaurant on site.
