Pros (+) Nothing much to be like. It’s just okay that bathroom is clean has microwave inside and refrigerator.
Cons (-) To make sure that the bed sheet are totally change. Our bedsheet and pillow cases are dirty it seems like it’s not been change from previous guest therefore, I have to put towels on top of all the sheets and pillow cases to be able to sleep. Clerk was hard to reach never ever answer a call for a question.
Pros (+) The location was the only thing that was positive about it.
Cons (-) The service was awful. The bedding was gross and needed to be trashed. The advertisement of the room was misleading. The room was very dirty and when I tried to address it with the owner I was yelled at.

Cons (-) tiny room, dark and poorly lit, stairs/parking are below average but mostly it's the owners/staff who are rude and unfriendly-they act like they are doing you a favor by allowing you to stay there

Cons (-) Heater did not work. It shutdown after few mins and never switch on. So entire night I had to sleep around 50 degree which was pretty cold. I would rather spend little more and get good place with all things working

Pros (+) Wanted to do a Tahoe trip before the weather turned cold. Was able to afford it after finding a great rate through Kayak. The hotel was simple and cozy and also clean and well kept. Room had new bathroom and the perk of a fridge and microwave. Location was quite close to the lake, attractions and busisnesses. It is easy to find off the main roadway. pretty peaceful overall.
Cons (-) Building is older, so walls are a bit thin. There was no card to put out to decline room service. (I suppose I could have called front desk but didn't bother) Small space, not good for children.
