Hotel room was well-priced
Pros: Almost everything. The hotel staff was exceptionally nice and professional. The room was much nicer than other hotel rooms offered at this rate.
Cons: The bathtub drain needs to be un-clogged more often. The hot water temperature was very good and the water pressure was strong, but water backed up in the tub while I took my shower. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel. :-)

Great Business Getaway
Pros: Staff was friendly and accommodating. Traveled for a combination of business with leisure and this was a great location with shuttle services to get around.

Good choice for a hotel close to DC
Pros: We had a king room with a sleeper sofa which was great for our family. The staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast included little touches like nuts and fruit for oatmeal and waffles.
Cons: I wish the hotel had a safe in the rooms. It would have been nice to stow valuables away.

Pros: Clean, well maintained, pleasant staff. Breakfast so-so.
Cons: Finding hotel proved difficult, but anytime going to DC is that way.

Good value for your money
Pros: It had a great breakfast and even did light refreshments in the early evening. Staff was nice and the shuttle to the metro was great. Bathroom was tiny (one person at a time for sure) but overall room was accommodating.
Cons: I booked two separate stays and asked when I checked in for them to be linked, but when I checked the following day before we left for the day, it was obvious it hadn't been done, glad I checked before we left.

Pros: It would have been nice to stay in a room I paid for however your staff was so rude he REFUSED my room and called the police on me. I slept on a bench because like I said I already paid for my room.
Cons: I will never ever try and stay at your hotel ever again in my life after how I was treated the other evening.

Excellent Value. Very Clean.
Pros: The last time I was in the area for business I paid $66 more per night somewhere else. Saw the positive reviews and took a chance with a cheaper hotel. It paid off! Very clean room/building, delicious hot and cold breakfast and the price was right! I will definitely be back!
Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.

Good value but poor service
Pros: Room was nice and quiet despite proximity to highway.
Cons: After having paid for the room upfront online, staff put 8 (!) different charges on my credit card for "incidentals" or whatever, 2 of which have not been removed after more than a week, without reason or justification, even after I reminded them twice by email. This is not acceptable.
