Pros (+) The front-desk staff were so welcoming accommodating to our needs. The rooms feel luxurious- just don't look too closely at the peeling wallpaper or cracked walls. The views are nice (we had a riverview room), and I would love to return again in warmer weather. The hotel was a short walk from many wonderful bars and restaurants.
Cons (-) The food is nothing special, a lot of the entrees seemed like leftovers from nights previous. The bar was small and the staff soured my evening by complaining about their coworkers. The hot tubs are very loud- it's distracting to enjoy a romantic evening and hear the loud whiirs of your neighbors jets firing up. The wallpaper in the rooms was beginning to crack and peel.
