Staff were very welcoming. We had a lovely room and lucky to be staying on Valentine's Day - and enjoyed taster menu. Really delicious food
The staff were exceptional, very understanding, friendly, accommodating, and easy to laugh. The breakfast was a traditional Scottish breakfast and was personalized. I was surprised and pleased to have smooth dark coffee. I want to go back.
The only real complaint I had was a steady dripping noise that I didn’t notice until night. I believe it was coming from the roof gutter right above my window. The earplugs blocked every noise but that. However, when staff heard about it they thanked me for letting them know and said they would look at it. I was very satisfied with their response.
Couldn’t fault anything excellent food steak pie was amazing good portions, beds very comfy , rooms cosy .
Staff very nice, food was great and room was clean and comfortable.
Gorgeous pub/b & b in a lovely village. Such lovely friendly staff who can’t do enough for you. We had an evening meal for 9 people and everyone enjoyed their food. Bedrooms are really nice and very roomy. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever in Kippen again. Thank you for a lovely stay.
