The service was bad. The bartenders were nesty I asked for a disposable glass of ice and were told they did not have service was bad and there is a lot to improve

Pros (+) Front desk staff was very nice. Valet Parker’s where good
Cons (-) Elevators where not working properly , at one point only one elevator was working witch lead to very long edit times. day time lunch counter Guy was not very friendly at all. Beach Chair crew was awful and rude. Not enough chairs for all guests. They start chasing you off your beach chair at 4:30 PM . They tell you that they limit 2 chairs per room. I paid for a suite for 3 people.

Pros (+) Beach, pools and resort is great. Building design is modern and pristine. Rooms are big with nice bathrooms.
Cons (-) This hotel is categorized as 4 1/2 stars. The facilities are new and very modern. There's no SERVICE component in their offering. This is not a Hotel or a Grand Hotel as they claim. Pros (+) The hotel was over the top. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The views were incredible. Staff was friendly and helpful. The roof top pool and bar were inviting. Would stay here again. Beach was within walking distance.
