Front desk staff was very nice. Valet Parker’s where good
Elevators where not working properly , at one point only one elevator was working witch lead to very long edit times. day time lunch counter Guy was not very friendly at all. Beach Chair crew was awful and rude. Not enough chairs for all guests. They start chasing you off your beach chair at 4:30 PM . They tell you that they limit 2 chairs per room. I paid for a suite for 3 people.
Need a lot of training. Service is not kind.
Stay away of this hotel. Awful service.
Beach, pools and resort is great. Building design is modern and pristine. Rooms are big with nice bathrooms.
This hotel is categorized as 4 1/2 stars. The facilities are new and very modern. There's no SERVICE component in their offering. This is not a Hotel or a Grand Hotel as they claim. They are apparent rooms. This is a facility run by real state investors and finance people. Hospitality processess and culture are non-existant. I paid the upgrade for a partial ocean view. My family and I were placed on a 2nd floor right next to the gym. The first morning I went to my room's balcony to enjoy a coffee. When I turned around I was surprised by 4 guys running on the treadmills...I told the reception office about my discontent with the room and hotel and they couldn't care less. I was told I could leave next morning before 11am and to ask for the reimbursement to Kayak for the remaining days. There wasn't any effort to try to accommodate us or the minimum customer service. On the second night at 2:40 AM we were woke up by the banging of the gym metal doors and a persistent noise. Already awake I went to check the noise...they were vacuuming and cleaning the gym!!! This is an expensive hotel without services. The parking is $40 day. I recommend going instead to the established hotels instead. I would never stay here again. The room was not complete clean and the showers have design problems as the water leaks through the glass doors. Finally, the perfume in the lobby is nauseating.
rained every day
That we got to stay put and still feel like we were on a relaxing vacation. The concierge Stefan was absolutely great with food recommendations.
Oxana the bartender was amazing !
The hotel was over the top. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The views were incredible. Staff was friendly and helpful. The roof top pool and bar were inviting. Would stay here again. Beach was within walking distance.
A little bit of rest and relaxation
Can't beat the location rooms are nice clean and big
Staff could be friendlier and easier to access
The views, the balcony, everything was excelent!!!
bugs in our room. ANTS
ANTS in our room. Faucet in bathroom so loose it almost came off. Went to the front desk, to ask for the M.O.D. the lady went into the Staff Only office. Elizabeth, came out to assist me. I asked, if she could have someone fix the faucet and get rid of the ANTS. She told me she would. (no sorry for the inconvenience) When we returned from shopping about 2 hours later. I asked Elizabeth, if things had been taken care of. She, told me yes. They fixed the faucet. However, we still had ANTS. I went to the Publix Grocery store, around the corner and purchased some RAID Ant killer, and sprayed the room myself. My wife and are retired, and have traveled many places and numerous hotels. This is a first for ANTS. When checking out at the front desk. They, never asked, how was your stay or hope your stay was good, pleasant or anything, just checked out.
Beautiful hotel with an awesome view of the ocean. Great service; great food!
It was pretty expensive.
Perfect for any type of traveler
We got a good rate for this hotel. We did a work event at night and the pricing was reasonable. The staff was super friendly. The hotel lobby is gorgeous. The rooms are clean and spacious. A standard room has a sleeping sofa and two bathrooms, so you can easily stay here with the whole family. Per night we had to pay a mandatory resort fee ($25) and it included towels, water, beach chairs/umbrella, etc. The upstairs pool is for adults only (with stunning ocean views). Both pool areas are well run. It's conveniently located at the beach. The gym also has ocean view. It's clean, modern and spacious and has quite a lot of equipment (for a hotel gym).
The restaurant close to the upstairs pool was poorly run. We went there for lunch. The food was excellent, but the portions were small. The waiter was friendly, but not focused and kept walking away and it was a struggle to get the drink and food order in for the entire group.
