Pros (+) The front desk staff was very accommodating when I had unusual needs.
Cons (-) The grand ballroom was freezing cold all day during the music conference. The closet in my room had peeling wallpaper and black mildew. There was trash on the floor between the left nightstand and the bed.

Pros (+) Hot tub and pool are great, well stocked with towels. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly.
Cons (-) No vending machines or options for food. They had limited drinks at the front desk that were overpriced, and the restaurant served breakfast that also seemed kind of steep.
