Cons: Poor food, pay extra for lunches, 3 small cups of water for a flight of 10,5 hours. Long waiting times.

Pros: Good food for the long flight and lots of complimentary water.

Cons: No leg room for a seven hour flight

Cons: Two hour flight delay without any explanations. On the trip from Orlando to Miami the crew closed the bathrooms and no one was allowed to use them for the entire flight.

Ok for the price

Pros: Staff was good and friendly. They have a new Boeing 787 which is faster then most other aircrafts. Price was cheap I paid from Orlando to Amsterdam about 250$ one way.

Cons: Absolutely HORRIBLE comfort of the seats, basically you have NO legroom at all, it's ok if you have a short flight like 2-3 hours but when you fly long distance it makes you VERY tired and really uncomfortable, I've never seen anything like that before. They serve food only once and it's not good and very small portion. Overall if you're looking for a cheap flight tui is the answer but I'd rather pay extra 100-300$ and get a bigger airline with more comfortable seats.

Missed our flight

Pros: I liked nothing about this airline. The customer service was awful.

Cons: The flight time changed to one hour earlier which left my party and I without a flight home from Amsterdam while we needed to reach Florida. The customer service desk was absolutely awful which provided no help at all. We asked the desk where to check in for the our flight which was apparently already boarding, while the woman told us to go wait in line. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, the check in desk told us that it was too late to check in for the flight. This led us to spend over $1000 on a new flight home. Thank you TUIfly.

Pros: I loved how accommodating the crew was.

Cons: Hated that I could barely fit in the seat. Need a way to upgrade to a better seat.

my maiden voyage on tui...

Pros: i did like the plane was thier..and we did not have to wait.. check in bag was pleasant. the crew was good...i did like the fact the return flight was direct to Sanford, so i could off and drive home...

Cons: i did not like the lack of leg room...charging for non alcoholic beverages,the lay over in Miami with the passengers getting on and off was good the fact we were told to stay in our seat was not.. would have been nice to walk around the aircraft... i did not like the returning flight check in. the extra hour added to the boarding timeon my boarding pass. caused an not needed act of hurrying... . and still we had to wait for crew...the marketing confusion of which airline tui or arke fly does not help...

Pros: The crew were friendly and helpful

Cons: The name Arkefly was still posted as the airline on the itinerary, very confusing to find it at the Miami Airport. The departure time was changed without any notice. No breakfast was served and the food served needed some flavor. Earl
