Pros (+) It was nice to have a two room suite, however the bad things out weighed the good by far.

Cons (-) The room was very dirty. Dusty and there were cockroaches. The air conditioner did not work. The pool was closed due to COVID. We had to stay there were no other rooms available in town. There were roaches that we killed in the bathroom and kitchen area. The bathtub dripped water all night keeping my husband up.

Pros (+) Hotel was and room was what we were expecting for the price

Cons (-) Staff working the counter was very overwhelmed. Gave us the wrong keys and we ended up having another group of people walk into the room. We ended up having to get new keys and when telling here she accidentally programmed the keys for the wrong room she lied and said she wasn't the one who programmed them.

Pros (+) The room was clean, good shower head pressure, good A/C. Continental breakfast was better than average.

Cons (-) Before 10 am the front desk lady came to knock on our door and said "So, when ya gonna check out?" She was very unprofessional. Check out was at 11 am so we did not expect to be bothered before then. She also asked for our towels at that time (before 10 am) and flustered, we gave them to her. She did not apologize for intruding or seem to see any issue in her behavior.
