Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the excellent onsen facilities, which were often described as relaxing, clean, and a highlight of the stay. Many appreciated the beautiful, tranquil location surrounded by nature. However, some guests noted that the hotel and its rooms felt outdated, and a few mentioned issues with cleanliness or unpleasant odors. Breakfast and dinner received mixed reviews, with some enjoying the authentic Japanese cuisine and others finding it less suited to their tastes. Overall, the positive experiences with service and amenities outweighed the negatives for most guests.
