Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it ideal for sightseeing and exploring the city. Many appreciated the unique, historic atmosphere and character of the building, which added charm to their stay. While several guests found the breakfast adequate, opinions varied, with some wishing for more variety. Noise was a common complaint, especially from nearby clubs and thin walls, impacting sleep quality for some. Service experiences were mixed, with some staff described as friendly and accommodating, while others were seen as unhelpful or unfriendly. Overall, the hotel's location and ambiance stood out as highlights, but noise and some service inconsistencies were noted.AI-generated from customer reviews
