Cons:

Got an SUV instead of sedan. There are a lot of narrow roads in the U.K. And I was very uncomfortable driving something big on them. The day before I was to return the vehicle a stone hit the windshield and cracked it. They charged me for it. Had I been in the sedan that I reserved, the stone would have gone right over it. Doubt that I'll rent from Enterprise again!
