Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, with many highlighting excellent customer service at check-in and throughout their stay. The hotel's location was also frequently mentioned as a positive aspect, being convenient and central for guests' needs. However, cleanliness was a significant concern for several reviewers, with reports of dirty rooms, stains, pests, and insufficient housekeeping. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others dissatisfied with the quality or availability. Value for price and amenities like the pool and room size were mentioned, but opinions varied. Overall, while the service and location stood out as positives, cleanliness issues detracted from the experience for many guests.

Pros (+) The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed here because it is close to the winery's and we did a sunrise Balloon ride. Motorcycle friendly as well. We'd stay there again. Great bargain for the room.
Cons (-) The pool and building was under renovations. Call ahead if this review is less than a month old. To see it the pools is completed.
