Cons: I thought that the price was better than some of the other rental
Companies by a few dollars. Unfortunately by the time I was finished, it cost me over $100 for less than 24 hours

Cons: They charged me ~200$ more than kayak calculated + I booked a 5doors car and I got a completely different way smaller 3 doors car!

Service is Terrible, car was disgusting
Pros: Price was ok
Cons: The service was painfully slow, unhelpful and unfriendly. The car was FILTHY! The employees wanted to close up shop and did not want to do a walkaround inspection. I stood outside the locked door until someone came out and demanded one. Clearly we had received a smoked in car, not at all cleaned out.

Cons: If I had to complain about anything, there was a water bottle left in my back seat. Big whoop!!! My new go to rental agency!!!!!!!

Long wait at drop-off
Pros: Person who checked me into car -- great guy. Friendly. Smiles. Smiles mean a lot.
Cons: Took forever to drop-off car. Wanted to just leave the keys and GO! Instead, everyone and his cousin was in that office, including what appeared to be a group of foreign tourists. Their transaction MUST have made it into the Guinness Book of World Records for the l-o-n-g-e-s-t car rental transaction in human history. Good grief!

Pros: Car rental was a good value. Drop off, once I was actually acknowledged and helped ( after 10 minutes ) , was painless and quick.
Cons: Took around 10 min to get acknowledged both picking up and dropping off. Employees were on the phone and passing by, but no eye contact was given. It was my first time renting a car and i didn't know the protocol. First I was told my cash couldn't be accepted, then when I produced a card, I was told to go get my elderly, disabled mother from the car and have her come in. Felt like I was unwanted there and made to feel not welcome.

Fantastic customer service
Pros: Wow! Such a great employee who helped us. I will absolutely use this location from now on. Knowledgeable, funny, kind. He's a younger white guy who has a beard and is really nice and jokes around. Super customer service.
Pros: We like the ease of renting the vehicle, the thoroughness of the professionals showing us the vehicle, the quality of the vehicle that was presented and the performance of the vehicle we rented.
Cons: the only thing that can be improved is the communication between the your company and Enterprise regarding the insurance. Your company offered the insurance for 10$ but Enterprise did not honor that specifying that Enterprise has its own insurance policy which is much higher than that of your company. (if that all makes sense)

Very easy pickup
Pros: The rental agreement was very clear. The explanation of the vehicle and insurance coverage was explained thoroughly. I was able to get on my way quickly.
Cons: After calling to make arrangements to change my drop off location and being told there would be no fees, no extra charges, I proceed with my day and feel relieved.
I get there, the paperwork is processed, I hand her the keys and she gives me a receipt. As I walk out the door, I read the receipt. My one day rental, originally prices at $83 is now over $500. What!?!
I return to the counter and ask what the heck is going on. Because of the change in drop off location, my daily rate was bumped to $120, there was a $300 fee and a bunch of other miscellaneous charges. I tell her this is not acceptable. I called and you told me, there would be no fees. If this is what it was going to cost, I wanted the car back and figure out another strategy. Stone-cold sober, the girl says "you can't, the car has been returned."
I'm disgusted and will be calling corporate to try and gain some reprieve. How is it okay to lie to my face, question them, and then have the door proverbially slammed in your face.
